TouchyBooks, outstanding application on Verizon, Blackberry and Motorola at CES 2012
Wednesday 01 / Feb / 2012Genera Interactive and TouchyBooks were present at the Consumer Electronics Show 2012, held in Las Vegas between 10th and 13th January. CES is the biggest international consumer technology show, with a total of 135.00 participants able to see at first hand the success of the children’s interactive books, among other things.
The outcome was hugely positive for Genera Interactive and TouchyBooks. Both appeared at this important trade fair hand in hand with Verizon, the biggest telephone operator in the USA, and one of the big companies that has put it's faith in interactive children's books.
The TouchyBooks stand and Genera Interactive stand were both constantly crowded, many different companies and individuals wanted to learn about this new phenomenon. Besides Verizon, Blackberry showed the popular story, 'Crazy Farm', and the song application, 'Kids Song Machine', to promote their new Blackberry Playbook, Research in Motion's entry in the tablet market. 'The Candy Factory', one of the most downloaded stories from TouchyBooks, was another of the outstanding applications on the Motorola stand.
CES made it clear that children's content has become one the most surprising revelations of the year, with huge success on all platforms and shops. The next calendar date is the Mobile World Congress of Barcelona from 27th February till 1st March, where Genera Interactive and TouchyBooks will present their products, their forthcoming releases and news.
